Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my purchase?
Tap the app icon at the top left, then "Unlock full version" and "Restore purchases". You need to be signed in with the Apple ID you used for the purchase. If Apple finds no purchase, the app shows a notice.
What does the free edition include, and what the full version?
The free edition calculates severance pay and holiday compensation up to an annual gross salary of €20,000 and notice periods where the employment had lasted no more than two years when the notice was received. It manages one matter; the court directory is free. The full version removes these limits, allows any number of matters and includes the fee calculator. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Why does the purchase window appear after the update?
Your previous entries are kept. If a stored value exceeds the limit of the free edition, for example a higher annual salary, the app shows the purchase window. With a lower value the free edition keeps calculating.
Are my matters also on my iPad?
No. Matters are stored only on the device on which you create them and are not synchronised between devices. The purchase of the full version, however, applies to all devices with the same Apple ID.
How do I export or back up a matter?
Open the matter menu at the top of a calculator page and choose "Export matter as text …" (without a matter: "Export inputs as text …"). Under "Manage matters …" you can export a single matter or all matters at once with "Export all matters …", for example to the Files app or by email. The export also contains the questionnaire and your notes.
How do I delete a matter?
Open "Manage matters …", swipe the matter to the left or press and hold it, and choose "Delete". The app asks for confirmation first.
