This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking services and does not load content from other providers such as fonts, videos or maps.

Hosting on GitHub Pages

The website is provided via GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When a page is accessed, GitHub processes the technically necessary data, in particular the IP address, date and time of the request, the address requested and information about the browser used. According to GitHub, IP addresses are stored in logs to maintain the security and integrity of the service. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. GitHub is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR). For details see GitHub's privacy statement.

If you send me an email, I process your details in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise point (f)). The email is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
