In short

RVG-PRO does not collect any personal data. The app requires no account, contains no analytics, tracking or advertising services and does not connect to the internet by itself. Your input and settings stay on your device. I have no access to them.

Data on your device

The app stores the following in its own storage area on your device:

The app does not ask for names, case numbers or other information about persons. The stored data is deleted when you delete the app. It may be part of a device backup you create via iCloud or your computer; your settings and Apple's terms apply to such backups.

Sharing results

When you share a result, the app passes the text to the application you choose in the share menu, for example Mail or Messages. What happens to the text there is determined by you and the chosen application. I receive nothing.

In-app purchases

The 2025 tables can be purchased in the app. Purchase, payment and restoring are handled entirely by Apple. Apple processes your Apple ID and payment details under its own responsibility. The app only receives a confirmation of the purchase from Apple and stores on the device that the tables are unlocked. I do not receive any information from Apple that identifies you, only aggregated sales reports.

Rating request

From time to time the app asks for a rating using Apple's standard dialog. Whether and how you rate is transmitted only to Apple. I do not learn who has rated the app.

App Store and Apple services

You use Apple's App Store to download, update and purchase. Apple processes the data required for this under its own responsibility; Apple's privacy policy applies. If you have agreed in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple provides me with aggregated usage and crash statistics. I cannot identify individuals from them.

The info window of the app contains links to websites and a telephone number. Only when you tap a link or the number does Safari or the Phone app open. The privacy policies of the respective operators apply to the websites visited.

Contact by email

If you write to me about the app, I process your details in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise point (f)). The email is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR) as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). As the app does not transmit any personal data to me, in practice this mainly concerns emails you send me.
